There is a small rift off the shore of DSC launch pad. Zoom out as in the second photo of the sandbox and look underwater, any you will find it. I’m not sure if this is a bug or not, but I thought it would be worth reporting.

That's a transition done when the camera is far away from the craft because the terrain quality is lower at those distances (it's based on the craft position, not the camera position)
