TVC (In Stock Game, Not as a Mod)

I feel that this would be a feasible option for additions to the game within the coming months and years. This would make builds that are supermanueverable but still won't crash a mobile player's game possible.
I am aware that there is a mod that was posted recently that included TVC but Mobile players like me want this in the stock game.
