Cargobays with "None" hinge style and a position offset duplicates the position offset when updating the part in the designer

Get a cargobay and set it to have a hinge style of "None". add a position offset, and set it to start open. Update the part (cloning it, moveing it, changing height size), the position offset adds onto itself.
