Random explosion

Rocket keeps blowing up above the ground normally 3000 to 4000 m. its like it hits an invisible wall or something. Im not even going fast when it happens. Beforehand, I had it on fast forward for the launch and my first stage kept blowing up when about 3/4 of the fuel was used up. Just on this one rocket so far.
