Can not extend tether when Astronaut is EVA.
EVA any astronaut, extend the grappling hook, and it does not work.
Sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t. To me, most of the times they don’t work.

Just tried the attached sandbox and the tethers worked for me with all the astronauts in the scene, could you describe the problem in more detail?

@pedro16797 Tried it lots of times, and it does work. Sometimes it does not work.
