add 4 gnome engines radially around a tank, break symmetry
assign them to pitch, yaw, pitch (inverted), yaw (inverted)
activate engines and apply the relevant inputs

the standard pitch and yaw engines will burn as expected -- the inverted ones will not burn at all

I set up 4 monopropellant thrusters in the same manner with manual inputs, and they each behaved nominally
