Fusion rocket engine (Pulsar - Sunbird)

The fusion rocket engine is becoming a reality which is researched by the British company Pulsar with Sunbird.
"It uses Hall Effect Thrusters, which generate thrust by ejecting neutral plasma." It's support to give a specific impulse of 10,000–15,000 s with an exhaust velocity of approximately 98,100–147,150 m/s with a thrust of 10-101N.
Would be great to have this engine added in the game.
