Strut lenghth unchanged by scaling

When using part scaling through the tinker panel, The length number is not actually changed even though the strut is actually smaller and shorter when scaled down. The same goes for scaling the part up.

Steps to reproduce:

1)Assign a length to a strut
2)Scale it down or up
3)Dimension numbers remain the same, regardless of actual part size after scaling.
