In 0.6.5 I could launch my BFR with ship without detaching, but now it breaks in the interstage that connects the rocket with the ship.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a bug, I've tried changing colissions between parts and stability, but I can't make this stay conected. That makes it difficult to control the crane, because I have to change control between vessels after breaking and sometimes the crane stop working.

    @pedro16797 well, it's been a long 3 hours but now I'm hitting my head hard with the table.

    All custom locations I was using were too close to the land, they seem deep but they weren't. At spawn the craft tempted to appear at (aprox) 1m altitude, but the ship was inside the land, so it raised a bit and then splashed down at about 10m/s, hitting the ground and breaking at the interstage.

    That's coherent with the "breaking when spawning in launchpad/runway". So I tried to go deeper to pick another spawn (it took me about 1 hour because I don't understand the relation between direction of spawn at saved location and hangar direction) and now it floats without breaking at the interstage.

    To sum up: I'm so sorry for making you spend your time, you can delete the bug.

    @AndrewGarrison after multiple tests I've found that if you put the ship under stress after spawning it doesn't break, but it does at spawn.

    I don't know why but making the craft unbreakable for 1 or 2 seconds could be a quick fix.

    I want to clarify that the difference on spawn altitude is in different locations. Each location has always the same origin.

    @AndrewGarrison btw, I've been testing for a long time now and I've found various things.

    If I spawn in default water with the version I have it doesn't break, if I spawn in custom water locations or launchpad/runway it breaks or even explodes.

    Pausing at the start I've found that in some of the saved locations the ship spawns between -2 and 2m from the surface, making the ship fall and break with the deceleration at impact, or quickly raise because of buoyancy and then break after slowing down.

    The large interstage connecting your BFR to the base is too overloaded. Maybe if you create multiple interstages that connect individual engines to the base it will work without breaking.
