rotation tool broken

The rotation tool does not work properly on any axis, x, y, or z. X works for the most part but sometimes gets stuck in the loop and won't let you go past a certain degree. Y and Z seem to be tied together because changing Y seems to work the way it's supposed to but then when you try to change z it changes y instead.
This bug makes it very difficult to build on mobile
