This new bug has plagued my SR2 experience for the past week and it just happens totally randomly when moving the camera. It just starts to refuse to move unless you hold both Mouse 1 and 2 at the same time and you can't change the attitude of the ring thingy, holy fix for this is either quick load or undo flight which is SUPER annoying. Like holy ** please fix this.
