Why are some files randomly in Python while most are in XML?

they are busy alot, either doing things in their life or continuing on building the game...

Me being not afraid to ping devs whenever I have questions. And then regretting it immediately afterwards.

@AndrewGarrison I want to make an app and as I am on iOS this is one of the only apps I can look deep into files and see how games are made. I thought this was confusing.
