me personally, i use SSAO and realtime reflections mostly to make things work, i like to keep some space for my crafts, even if they are less than 1000 parts
plus i get no lag like that (i use a pretty good PC)

I am on mobile and have always been able to run 30 FPS on high. I would be able to run higher but my battery disagrees. With parts over 750 I sometimes have to lower it down to medium.

Buy Rtx 3090 ultra, and set all settings to max. You'll achieve 250 fps average
