What version of windows are you running? Windows Vista or Win7? ;)

I got 60 fps with medium settings on a laptop with i3 6006u,intel hd 520 and 4gb ram

@Tweedle_Aerospace where i live it is impossible to buy them at that price, to find one in stock it has to be at least $2000

@sentinelaerospace gpu’s don’t cost that much. A very high quality one is 1,000 but most are 300-400

@Tweedle_Aerospace prebuilt PC's are generally overpriced, even HP ones. though with prebuilt PC's you can actually get a graphics card for less than $3000

Although I would like to get X Code so I can make local builds for iOS (it is complicated, look it up)

You should easily be able to run on full high with those current specs. Even an old one. Age doesn’t actually matter. Heck there are old refurbished Dell computer from the 90’s that have an upgraded CPU and some extra memeory and Windows 10 and called brand new. Although I do know that Apple does put in intentional viruses that take effect gradually. But aren’t designed to make it unusable. But they do slow it down.
