Also you could end up doing permanent damage to that texture. And may never get it back. It could even corrupt the whole craft file and textures file.

You can technically. If you go into the files and save the proper image type and name you should be able to get a new one. The problem is that it would only render that texture and not a new one. So when someone else downloads the craft it doesn’t look the same.
