Some users around us get annoyed by the average low build quality of a lot of crafts. We kindly ask y'all to just add more details to your crafts and when you feel "yeah I'm gonna post this now" just do a little bit more. More is better unless it has to conform to a specified amount of parts

also if you want more detail with less parts look for parts with textures similar to what you are trying to make

I am constantly trying to improve the quality and detail of my crafts. But it comes with time. Everyone has to start somewhere. My first starship looked like it was made up of RUD debris. But I tried to improve it, started from a scratch many times. And I got to this: my latest version of starship. I am very proud of what I have managed to create. But as you can see, it took many attempts. We should support each other and give feedback to help others improve their crafts

@SoulBlazer what we mean is half-assed starships and uncompleted posts. I posted a lot of teasers but most of them were made ready for release and weren't incomplete

@EffIcentRocketEngineering Bro I don't wanna hear it. You posted the same thing six times within the same hour.

People can build what they want. It doesnt ruin anyones day. Maybe its more fun for them. Also "quality". Hehe. Thats a subjective term.

I think he means posting half-assed projects not necessarily part count. I find it really annoying when people spam low-quality posts that only took 1-2 hours. No matter how bad you are if it only took 1-2 hours there is no way that you're putting in effort and showing the full potential of your skill. Also when people post the same thing twice or post more than one thing in a day when they aren't a project related to eachother.

What do you expect tbh? It’s the same on SP, you just upvote the crafts you think deserve the upvote

Yes, but alot of people don't know much about building, or are on devices that can't handle too many parts, or even just don't need to, like if it's an experiment

i run on a crappy chromebook, and am in school, so i try to do as much as i can :D
This is an argument that really is fighting with me from the beginning, I always asked to myself "Should I put more effort? But I don't have the time for it! And I don't want to!". So my thought/answer is: you can have the shittiest looking craft of all, but if it does work and does it's job, it's a win. Only when you feel it's shit looking for you, than you need to modify/change it.
I know that now this isn't the case for everybody, I know there are people that joined here before me and know a lot more than I do, but this is what it is for me...
