Mods in iOS?

Well it seems to me that I won’t be able to afford the PC version of SR2 since I don’t have any time to afford it for now at least. Maybe someday I’ll have to look into that

Short answer: yes!
Long answer: Yes, but Apple and Google have their own policies which prohibit any sort of 3rd party modification to any software they support. Basically, they won't allow you to change the game files on your phone because they would have to allow every app to be modified by anyone, and that would cause issues and make them lose potential profits when apps stop working properly.

If you must have mods, just buy a pc and the steam version of SR2 like I did. Otherwise, you're stuck without until Google or Apple decide to change their ways(which is unlikely)
