Must be manned. Also, small launch vehicle and the second engine is a ion engine.

I’ll accept, but I’d like to be able to to some crew missions with my new launcher, and it’s shuttle isn’t small
Because it takes space for interiors and well, they may also want some room to live depending on how far they go…
However, I know some tricks to build small…
