My spaceship, which is supposed to land on the moon, has the best possible gyroscope, RCS powerful enough to assist with landings.

But I am using game landing legs (vanilla). They are the perfect size. But every time I land on the moon they bounce, And slide on the surface. What doesn't happen with the spaceship if I disable the default landing legs.

I've been on this project for over a month. It would be stressful to have to create a custom leg and tinker with the ship's delta V.

Yeah he’s right. Stock ones suck for landing on other worlds. This has happened in my experience. However, the stock landing legs are good for landing boosters back in a droneship or the launch pad.

The stock landing legs are bad, yes. You can make much better custom landing legs with just a few parts.

@Kas12zZz Umm, can you give me a 100 ton fuel tank?

@DrexxVolv could you then make a landing leg to use as a reference, which supports more than 100 tones?

@Kas12zZz It’s insane. I call the legs “crab legs”. They look like one, lol. Anyway, if you ping me on something unlisted, I can solve your DeltaV problem (by tinkering 😏), and probably make landing legs that turn into an all out war.

@DrexxVolv My ship weighs 104 tons. I land at 2 m/s and even then the legs wobble, jump and slide. Aaaaaaaaaah

Yes, but useful. I might be able to make them if you want me to.
