Horizons is currently researching on a design for a vehicle that would be powered by a Nuclear-thermal engine with LH2 fuel. It will be launched and assembled in Low droo orbit and will serve as a platform for future missions to other planets.
This concept will help with trips to the outer planets, but it will also be used for smaller tasks such as Cylero.
The vehicle will have 2 small planetary landing vehicles that will be used for transporting cargo from and to the vehicle and the ground.

@Chtite451SR2 And nuclear thermal engines as far as I know don’t make nuclear explosions. They just use nuclear power.
