I have seen many VIDEOS in which when they select fuel tank then it has a default skin of the fuel tank, they were playing in COMPUTER.
SO,is there any way so I can costomise fuel tank skin as I can only do NORMAL OR STRIPED DESIGN WHICH I DON'T LIKE IN ANDROID.
THERE IS COSTOMISE BUTTON THROUGH WHICH I CAN CHANGE OPTIONS BUT THERE IS NO EFFECT OF THAT. IT HURTS
SO PLEASE TELL CAN I COSTOMISE

THANK YOU BRO VERY VERY MUCH BRO THE CRAFT SECTION WAS DISABLED AND WHEN IT TURNED IT TO HIGH , IT WORKED
@SPATEL - if you open settings, and click the "quality" - there is a "craft" section with "detail textures" - i think medium or high setting should make them show up
i think your settings might be on "low", if the textures arent showing up - the different textures work the same on mobile or windows
