Is there any specific reason why an astronaut cannot stand in/on a Craft after it reaches 1000 meters ? While below 1000m most of the time they can still stand. Is there a specific reason this exists?

The physics allow you to even stand on the wing of the plane while in flight, below that height

They this though put an astronaut in a vehicle that it can stand in that stay below 1000 then, ascend above that, and the astronaut can no longer walk nor stand
