Best way at the moment is to set your astronauts exit location and direction to already be inside the other craft once they EVA.
You will of course need to set this in the build stage and know what direction and how far to spawn so you end up inside the other craft.
You could have an EVA chair near the exit of each craft that you sit in first, then EVA to do the transport to next craft. Like This
