I checked before I replied and only saw zeus-2&3
I still do not see Zeus 1

There are many things that can effect a rockets control.

-Fuel tanks empty out and change the center of balance.
-Need more engine gimbal angle.
-Add fins
-Unwanted drag.
-Unbalanced engines.
-Pilot not facing the proper direction.
-Gyro is too weak.
.
Ultimately, you should upload the craft for someone to figure out exactly what that is.
