So basically I just docked space station modules, but I encountered one problem, the station keep rotates when I switched command chip and set lock heading to current. Any solutions on how to fix this issue?

make sure that the craft that is docked has turned off all RCS thrusters and gyroscopes

you cannot change the primary command chip in-flight, but to partially fix your problem requires you to launch the entire space station with all modules and crafts intact

it is a beahviour i experienced too when docking crafts and modules in orbit, mainly when docking two capsules. I have not figured out how to solve it, beacuse in the last period i focused on interplanetary probe exploration. I'll give it a try and see to come back with an answer.

@TerraJuno No that's not what I meant, I just docked a spacecraft with another one. And the problem I've encountered was the station keeps rotating every time I locked it prograde and keep switching command chip (In Flight) and not in designer.
