Now talking about procedures:
Step1: Build your own rocket..
Step2: Build the payload
Step3: Launch it. (Cinematic Needed Here)
Step4: Get into Orbit (Cinematic Needed Here)
Step5: Dock it with the only thing you will find in orbit (The Module. The Sandbox will have no other crafts except the module)(
Step6: Save the mission.
Step7: Upload the Sandbox. (Unlisted)
Step8: Upload the Cinematics in one video to YouTube.

•How will the mission work

After Each launch, a SandBox will be uploaded in the Server.
From there you have to download it.
Note: If you launch a payload, then you will also have to Upload the Sandbox. More queries related to this can be asked in the server..

There is no limit. But you can't use the Tinker Panel much.
