It happens on almost every mission, I am reentering, and my capsule flips upside down, because it is more arrowdinamic that way. Is there any way to prevent this without ruining ascetics?

If you use an standard capsule, mount an small fuel tank (imo 10 - 20cm) between the capsule bottom and the heat shield and set the fuel type to battery. Then go to the capsule settings and set the gyro slider to max.

Usually flipping is due to fuel weight changes as fuel gets used up.
If it truely is from aerodynamics and you want to keep the look, then make the craft have no drag except the parts that matter.

make sure the heat shield is convex, not flat
or try and extend the heat shield like an upside down stubby nose cone
