For years, our suggestions platform has received feedback from our community, gathering more than 4000 suggestions. With such a large amount of ideas there are many overlaps, getting to a point where the majority of the new suggestions are just duplicates of already existing ideas. You may have seen me merging dozens of posts at a time.

This misuse of our platform has turned into a problem. We have to spend hours going through the suggestions with the only purpose of merging them, with almost 2000 open suggestions right now. There are still some that could be flagged as already implemented or duplicates, but finding them is becoming harder.

For this reason we have decided to temporarily disable the New Suggestion button, hopefully driving more traffic towards the existing suggestions. This change aims to encourage people to search what they want rather than posting duplicates. Searching existing posts is important because we look at how much upvotes an idea has backing it. A single post with 30 upvotes is more likely to be considered than 30 posts without upvotes about the same thing.

I hope you can understand the reasons behind this decision. I encourage you to spend some time going through the existing suggestions. There are a lot of great ideas! After the game's 1.0 update, we will reconsider bringing back the button.

    Could there be command pods with interior and hatch added, as I made some custom pod with interior and hatch, but it don't work properly, whenever I click on astronaut to transfer from one module to another, it gets evacuated outside of the craft

    I suggest you scatter detail to the surface of planets like KSP 2 plans to have, examples being, a bunch of dark, jagged rocks on Luna, and trees on droo. It can add a new level of gameplay, and in my humble opinion makes planets/moons look much much nicer on the surface.

    What the secret fuel types? Penthrite and Jetpack fuel. I know, droods needs Jetpack fuel, but for what Penthrite? (I found this fuel types with XML editor) If you know other fuel types pls send me!

    @LandedBooster you can set it up manually like in the stock raised launch pad, there's no justification to spend the resources necessary to have a very complex system to bend the exhausts
