Juno: New Origins | How do I stop this(SOLVED)

I changed the fairing in my Saturn V to open on activation group 4, I turn it on it works, but then I release the command module, and closes again.
How do I keep it open?

allow the command chip to duplicate the activation groups on any other craft that can be deployed

@SamTheFox I paneled out a fairing using hinge rotators.
