How do you go down and up versions through the game?

0.9.917.1 isn't beta anymore, it went live on the 6th. Unfortunately there isn't really a way to change your version on mobile.

Look at my two Docking Trainers, first one uploaded 10 days ago with Game Version 0.9.906.0, then todays spacecraft with Game Version 0.9.917.1 ???. Obviously I did not update my I-Pad cause it haven’t even been released yet, so…. What’s going on here?
