there's this thing in simplerockets 2 that is called a nav sphere, you can press tab to open it, or you can press the nav sphere button (on the right)

if you want to learn from real life then uhh...
they use the stars???

@Zenithspeed @SamTheFox I've done that, but what I wonder is how do crafts point themselves the right way? I've tinkered with some built-in basic crafts but I still wonder how, and I like airships, dieselpunk ones, not irl(but they're still cool)

press the blue play button in the main menu and select a tutorial, or challenge

i could also suggest doing the in-game tutorials if you haven't done so already, it runs it down in a simple and rather understandable way

@Luckwut Also the tutorial kinda outdated because of the new planet and stuff but some still relevant.

Un-related to the topic but there's Pre-Built craft on 'Load Craft' section where you can learn and experiment. Hope you have good times in this community :)

Chris Hadfield described it as this:

the smaller the rocket, the faster it goes

simplerockets 2 it basically simpleplanes but you can go far beyond the atmosphere
