BRIGO RECONECENCE ORBITER AND EL-1A FURTHER DELAYED!!!!

hi guys the HORIZONSPACECRAFT brigo reconecence orbiter will be delayed again after the rocket it was ment to be attached to had a couple issues this rocket is the EL 1A designed by SPACETECHNOLOGYCP it was chosen for its incredible payload fairing capacity and high engine power that is needed to reach the orbit of brigo the delay comes as the clamps holding the EL-1A's booster and core stage fail to unlock causing minor pad damage when a test was conducted 3 days ago. the LSM (launch safety manager) says.
