do any of you know if moving parts and docking ports are just generally buggy and unstable and only work well with only regular parts like rockets and fuel tanks?

the truck you see in this video was nothing but fuel tanks and wheels in the start, I added the many rotators on the docking port and that stabilized it more, before I did it the car would just explode completely. I also had a piston to adjust the height of the port for connection and I removed it thinking it would help stabilize it but no, it's just the wheels making it go nuts. also tried it without suspension and still nothing changed. I know this is a very specific issue but have any of you had a similar problem with this part and know anything I can do?

@ChaoticGraviton I added the same rotator contraption to the big fuel depot thing and put pistons on the truck to raise it up and make it so it's not touching the ground with wheels while docking, the whole point of this thing was to refuel planes if I needed to so i was worried the same would happen to the planes and I'd have to put a whole bunch of nonsense on those too just so they'd be able to refuel but to my surprise after I docked the truck with a plane nothing glitched out, I suppose the real problem was a 21000000kg craft filled with only fuel so casually docking with a normal sized one, can't really think of anything else

I didn't have these kinds of issue when I messed with docking ports on wheels, maybe you can try making a 'free moving' port, or create a dual axial movement system for it to do the last bit of lining up
