Decided to make it a surface base. Can't tell if it's too tall.

@CORC I wouldn't say I'm at that point yet in my time playing SimpleRockets2, maybe when I have five years under my belt, then I might consider trying to do some of the missions that Matt Lowne has done, but right now, nah, couldn't even touch his level of mastery.

@TronicOrbital That is very true, and it's only had one test done and it leaned over to one side enough to start to worry.
