@HorizonsTechnologies the P/S2 keyboard (keyboard laptops come with) and probably some other components like battery and fan got removed and replaced by other compatible components.

Also whatever you do don’t turn it on or plug it in or you can kiss goodbye to it forever

@Mostly i used pc while its drying it still works but keyboard dead so im using screen keyboard and its very slow

Just leave it in a dry warm room for a few days, whatever got into the laptop will evaporate but if you use it while water is still inside you can risk completely destroying the hardware.
