GEN - V is a completely different rocket from GEN R. its constructed differently compaired to GEN R. it has 6 new AV-1 Engines (still in early developement) the GEN V has 5 AV-1 engines on its first satge followed by 1 AV-1 VAC on the second stage. it will be able to carry some of the heaviest satallites off pad 39B. it is fully reusable with the second stage capable of returning to a landing pad. it has a panel that will fall away to reveal a payload.
