You can upload when you have more than 3 crafts that day.
Also, am I spamming crafts? Once I got banned because I was spamming crafts.

huh, it's still broken? I would have thought this'd be fixed by now. Not a huge deal seeing as nobody seems to abuse that right now anyway, but good to know.
