we have decided to carefully plan a spacecraft powered by 2 advanced solar panels built to gain as much power after launch as they can, they will become obselite after we encounter saturn as the solar output is too low, instead it will use RTG's mounted under the solar panels to power the engines. we will have a small lander that will land on titan, similar to huygens from the cassini mission, it will use small parachutes and take 3 weeks to reach the surface while the orbiting spacecraft does research. we have some drawings of the idea and it will be suitable to fly on reselence or GEN IV, the launch vehicle depends on the mass and cost of this spacecraft. the missions name will be announced in a few hours
