@LeMagicBaguette recently told me that SimpleEdit allows you to edit the game files on iOS, and I figured out how to resolve some of the problems I had.
Namely, in order to revive crew, go into UserData > GameStates > whatever folder your save is in (you have to find it), and then into Active > GameState, then edit the location to have nothing in between the quotes and the state to be Available.
I’m really bad at explaining technical things so if you need a more detailed explanation lmk.
