All time filter gone?

I was wondering this question for a while because it’s been gone well. The feature has been gone for a very long time now, but I’ve decided as a community if anyone knows where the filter “All time” went, it made it really easy to find crafts, systems etc that were high quality and fun to use. I don’t know if this feature has been removed, but if so why it was an amazing feature. Oh also, sometimes occasionally if I refresh really go back, it’ll glitch out in the filter will pop back up but that is only a glitch.
