I have seen a lot of cool things made with this tool however, I don’t no where to find it how to use it or anything really and can you even use it on mobile? I heard it had something to do with the dev console??? (Yes I am playing on mobile ios) Can someone please inform me couldn’t find much online, thank you.

To access PlanetStudio you need to go Settings > Control > 3 Dots on the top right corner > Click "open Dev console" > Type "PlanetStudio" > Execute. Learning can be steep so i suggest looking for tutorial on YouTube. Also keep in mind that mobile PlanetStudio isn't fully supported.
