I have a contract to do a fly-by of T.T and an orbit contract and i couldn't get the heading right when launching from Ali base pad.
Please tell me the needed heading to go to T.T.

You don't need to match the Inclination of T.T orbit, just aim at 1 of the 2 points where T.T orbit intersects the equator plane, so you can save fuel for deceleration.

Just keep trying and you will eventually get it.
The trick is having enough thrust to slow down in time.
T.T. Is so light and small that you often sail right through the SOI and out the other side.
Add an extra stage to your rocket in hopes to slow down enough to catch an orbit. -

@CloakPin yes but the Sphere of influence of T.T is extremely small so it's hard to get it

It doesn’t matter in this game. You can rendezvous with a sphere of influence from any direction.
