In 1.1, there is going to be an option to have a throttle input controller on RCS, that way you can do just this.

i don't think you can change the input, but idk maybe in some update they finally added that?

What I do is use translation mode.
I will add many rcs to the rear of the craft and set vizzy to only use 1 or more as the throttle increases.
I just use forward to move but you may be able to set them to turn in via part numbers as the throttle increases instead.
