Took a year (or two) off, now I'm back for a bit trying to see if I can automate my way through career mode. Don't know how far I'll get, but I'll post here as I run into challenges.

Any contracts I should look out for as the most challenging to automate?

    I'm starting to work on the Juno plane contracts now. I have a few mockups for autopilot that are working OK. Does anyone have small, light, cheap planes with goo maneuverability and speed?

    @goz Wow, your vizzy program is pretty complex. Could you put comment blocks explaining what each thing does? You don't have to, I'm just in awe of your code. I'm trying to make a rocket follow a math equation (think a parabola). If you'd like to help me feel free to. Thanks for your heading vizzy program, regardless!

    @CloakPin when I first did that mission I thought the crater ends on a slope but nope it was just a big wall in front of me

    @CloakPin nice thanks for testing so quickly! I've found it works about 80% of the time, with the one tough part being the hairpin ramp turn around for some reason. Good enough to post and move on!

    Just ran it through the village. Nice work!
    It gets pretty close to a few corners but never hit any.
    Sweet ending too with a minor 180 trick and the one wheel breaking at first.
    This should navigate the luna ramp no problem.

    @CloakPin yeah I’m working on a waypoint navigation system to complete the village race contracts. That might work for the moon rover with some modifications. If you have free time you can give it a test. Just launch from Juno Runway. Download unlisted craft here.

    You should be able to scout it out by targeting and drag zooming or just start a sandbox game and launch there to see what it looks like.
    Honestly i forget too. I was there the first week of career release.

    Theres a contract to drop a rover on the moon base and drive it out of the crater.
    Could be a few issues getting the rover off the platform ledges before the climb.
