NSA Astrid Rocket

NSA will be releasing a new rocket named "astrid."
Astrid will have a reusable water landing just like Aura.
The first stage of Astrid will have 6 Starlight engines. And the second stage will have only 1 StarVacuum. Also known as SVAC.
