Why are my parachutes deploying upside down?

Is the comm chip or its pilot facing upside down?
I had this issue before twice and i fixed them by deleting the chutes and fixing the comms chip then replace chutes. i think

i've had this issue as well, no idea how to fix it, best idea i have is to just mess with the sliders and maybe it will work
