ANYONE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH UNCONTROLLED ROLL DUE TO LANDING GEAR?

So I've been experiencing a bug with my crafts, they fly and function normally most of the time, however at some point in flight, my crafts will start uncontrollably rolling when i give it pitch input. Stops when i release the joystick. The only thing I can think is going on is the fact that it only happens when i have landing gear installed. If I remove the landing gear, flies like a dream, no glitches. Anyone experiencing similar issues or am I just at the mercy of a new landing gear bug?
