How to add a new launch location with structures in the stock droo?

In the planet studio,I've made a new base but when saved it's saved as completely new planet named droo.xml.
How do I add the new base so that I can launch the craft from designer to the new launch location?

    go to system editor > select juno system > swap stock droo with edited droo > save system > make new save file with edited juno system selected
