I've made some progress in the career mission but I can't get past the torpedo mission. I can't find the buoyancy slider to make my craft float. I've clocked several hundred hours in SP, but I am struggling with this. Anyone have any suggestions?

Make a wheeled craft and just drive on the bottom of the ocean to the check point.
