How do teachers get the apps for free.

If she already submitted a request and it was approved, she can view the education downloads here.

If she has not submitted a request, she will need to go to this page and fill out the request form. She will need to make sure she is logged in first before she can see the form.

@AndrewGarrison she already did the sign in. Are the apps supposed to just appear on her computer or are they just supposed to say they were purchased?
